Packager Sent Report

The Packager Sent Report shows all prescriptions sent to an automated packager within the report period, based on the parameters specified.

To run the Packager Sent Report:

1. From the Workbench, select > Reports > Packager Reports. The Packager Reports window appears.

2. From the Report dropdown, select Packager Sent Report. The window updated with information to be selected and entered.

   

3. Enter or select the following information:

   • Period - the period of time you want the report to run for.

   • Criteria - the specific criteria that the report will be generated for (e.g., Packager, Group, Patient, Drug or Rx(s)).

   • Report options:

     • All Sends per Rx - If the prescription was sent multiple times within the report period, all sends are displayed.

     • Latest Send per Rx - Default open. Displays only the latest prescription sent to the packager.

     Summary Totals Only - Provides a total dollar amount of narcotic/controlled/targeted prescription and regular prescriptions.

4. Select Preview. A preview of the report appears

   .

5. Select to Export or Print the report.

   Select Cancel to close the window without printing or exporting the report.
